Historical Character Portrayal for community history event at Double Butte Cemetery, Tempe, AZ on  Halloween, Sunday, October 31st  / 2-4PM

 

 

Character Breakdown

 Dr. Benjamin Moeur (1869-1937)  Moved to Tempe in 1896 from Tennessee, became town’s only full-time physician and would eventually serve two terms as the governor of Arizona.

** Individual will stand at burial site and portray themselves as the historical figure and engage with public with information about life story of this person.
