Terms
of Service - Submission Information

Fill out as much of the form as possible. Use each space for only the info
required in each
(Example: Don't copy/paste
a release into a single message box - it will be rejected!)

To guarantee the best turnout posssible, submit your notice at least 2 or
3 weeks before the audition.
-
Notices without a specific audition date "TBA" will be posted for
a max. of 1 week
-If
you're relatively new to the actor community,
use the "Additional Info" box to introduce yourself and your company.However
this box is not to be used for extensive promotional purposes -
please refer actors to your website if they need additional details.
- Do not post symbols or use text with bold, underlined or italicized formats
It
may become distorted in the transmission

DO NOT USE ALL CAPITAL
LETTERS in your message - use plain text in upper/lower case format!
-Keep info BRIEF and to the point.Consider
including a link to an online map if the audition venue is difficult to find (like
on a college campus!) Please note: If your breakdown has a lenghtly list of characters,
please condense it as much as possible or refer actors to your website for details.
DurantCom reserves the right to edit for length.

CHECK your facts and spelling and facts before sending!
DurantCom is not responsible for typos!
It
is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all dates and contact info.
Terms
of Service - Posting
and Distribution Policy-
Notices are distributed via Monday email newsletter to the subscriber listserve
one time only. It wll then remain posted
online until the audition date. Do not resubmit a notice for the newsletter
unless there is a critical update to the audition date, time or venue. Notices
without a specific date will be remain posted on line for a maximum of two weeks
- Redistribution of a notice submitted to the Monday email newsletter
occour only if there is a critical change in audition date, time or location.
If you do find you need to resubmit notice with corrections, please fill out
the audtion form again and then contact Durantcom
in a separate message to confirm that you are submitting a a new notice with a
critical change. It will then go out in the next newsletter.
- If you
would like a SECOND distribution in the newsletter OR if your notice deadline
cannot wait until the next distribution, you may request a special "Mid-week
Notice".. These are individual notices that are distributed as a stand
alone announcement and are immediately posted on line.
NOTE - This service
will require a nominal advance fee. Contact DurantCom
for details.

If you need to update or correct a notice after it has already been submitted
- you
must re-submit your entire
notice with all changes - as you want it to read.
